We highly recommend salesman, Steven Rosen. He was kind and courteous through the entire car buying process. He was very persuasive that the Palisade we were interested in was worth the hour and a half drive to see it. We arrived at the dealership and the car was ready for a test drive. After the purchase, he made sure we were fueled-up and gave us a tutorial on the features needed to get home on a rainy night.
