Do not buy from this dealership. The purchase, delivery, and service at this dealership has been entirelyproblematic. Purchased a 2025 GV80. Sales person knew nothing about the vehicle, Vehicle was not ready for delivery, had to wait several hours, and had almost no gas when delivered. Car has excessive wind noise, took it back to the dealer and they said it is normal (which it is not). Ordered a GV70 which had to be transported from an out of state dealership. I signed papers that my car had 5 miles on it. Received it with 395. They literally drove it from the other dealership here without any consent or acknowledgment from me. I signed no paper that indicated I’m aware my car will accrue 350+ miles, that another driver will drive it, that I have any rights at all if something happens to the car. No customer service! I ask to talk to a service advisor and they tell me someone will call me back, day after day for two weeks now!! So sickening!
