What a nightmare!!! I purchased a car from Crestmont but live in Illinois. After paying for the vehicle the salesman Terry could've cared less. He said the car WOULD get an oil change as it was sitting for a year and it had 600 miles on it. He then refused, stating it didn't need it, after it was paid for! So after over a month of waiting for replacement of my fuel pump on a GV70 (recall) and FINALLY getting vehicle back - it’s returned REEKING of gas !! Literally the car is now a fire hazard if exposed to an open flame with the gas vapor. So now we need to call a professional detailer to fix the issues created by using Crestmont’s service department. Absolute joke dealing with these clowns. Unbelievably bad service - vehicle was taken to their facility 11/24 and as of 12/11 still NO response from their service department. Repeatedly has ignored calls from myself as well as Genesis Corporate care. ** DO NOT BUY OR REPAIR WITH CRESTMONT - the level of service from this dealer is beyond horrible. Hyundai/Genesis should revoke their franchise for good of the brand. Crestmont is not a dealer you can trust any longer.
Do not recommend this dealership for any Genesis purchase or service!! After spending 88k on a GV80 and having to go back for repeated ‘update’ issues . Service dept won’t call you back to discuss scheduling for warranty issues and don’t bother with the general manager, you won’t get any help there either! It’s a waste of time. Should have listened to my colleague, and went to Bedford.
