Exceptional customer service from initial visit with Kostas Ritos to purchasing a vehicle. With an appointment to see the car, everything was coordinated to move very quickly to then driving the car off. Technical person was important to me since we went electrical and a lot to learn. Alexis is thorough and patient.

This dealership is clearly not paying attention to the used car market. They have a couple of BMW's marked up 7 or a 8 grand over what their actually worth - that's greedy. Everyone in the car world knows the depreciation on mercedes and BMW's is among the worst. You guys need to wise up and stop acting like a Hyundai dealership
