Alex was a great help.
We purchased a car july7 as of today we have not received a title or plates. My husband is a disabled veteran and because of that we feel there was a lower commission so no one wants to take care of us. You call and ask for a manager and they have the same finance person call you back.they don't want to honor state and federal benefits veterans have.
I had a really good experience with Genesis. I knew exactly what car I wanted and they were so respectful of my time. I first spoke with Chelsea when I called them and I truly enjoyed talking to her. I felt like she appreciated the struggle I was having getting a purchase agreement from another dealer that wanted to pretty much bully me into taking their financing. Bright my 2018 Genesis G80 for a recall fix today Alex in the Service dept took great care of me. Recall taken care of. Lots of attention and in detail as the customer. Always appreciated. Did a complmentary comprehensive inspection, shows I need new front brakes and 4 new tires. Nice waiting room. Parts area also helpful.
