I've owned my Genesis since 2022, purchased new, and have had two other complementary services prior to this one at Genesis of North Shore. I truly regret going to the so called Genesis service in Bayside (Star). It's really a Hyundai service dept and a bad one for the matter. Great sales experience with Joel Cohen
There maintenance is top notch.
Don’t bother with this dealership. Basically got hung up on by the woman because I wasn’t going to come in to test drive since I’m buying it for my mom. What a joke. It’s 2024. If you want to deal with the typical scummy dealership experience, this is the place. The only reason they have business is the location I worked a deal thru another nearby Genesis dealership on the phone that same day. My mom went the next morning and signed - no bs fees and straight forward process.
If you’re looking for luxury, this place is not it. If you are looking for professionalism, this stii is not the place. Honestly, I don’t know how to rate this car dealership. Just from my experience, if you want to get a Genesis, take the time and drive up to Genesis of White Plains. Trust me, it’ll have been the smartest hour spent driving.
