Hate this location for service. I'll drive the extra half hour to go to Genesis of Round Rock instead
I brought my Genesis in for scheduled service. My service advisor, Rich Bebout, was terrific. He made the experience exceptional. He kept me informed and was on schedule, making the process effortless for me.
There is no doubt the Genesis is a great car (GV80), its amazing. The issue isn't the car, it's the lack of service. You call about your Genesis, you're dealing with Hyundai service people. It's awful! If Genesis took a page out of the Lexus playbook on caring for your customers, it would be different story. My suggestion, send your people for internship at Lexus because the service is an F. Complete disaster... EVERYTIME.
After months of research, I was ready to make a lease deal. And unlike most people, I like this process. I’ve always gotten exactly what I wanted, but sometimes have to go to neighboring communities to get it.
