Was a wonderful experience the salesman was not pushy and customer service was great
So far I've had a great experience with this dealership. Got the GV80 at the price we wanted. The sales team has been great - Jay and Marcel. Jay has helped me get in and out of service for a small recall item to reprogram the ECM. And he was great to work with when buying the car. They just need to have their own Genesis sales floor and service area apart from Hyundai. Again great support from their team so far!
Worst experience ever! And this isn’t just based on one experience but several. I recently brought my car on 5/16 to have it serviced for a leaking AC. I also brought it to my advisor Hailey attention that the top part of the door handle, the chrome part, had come off, so clearly a warranty issue and wanted to utilize the protection plan regarding the seats and paint/dents on my car since it would be here for awhile. Extremely disappointed with the service at Genesis. My partner brought our car in for AC repair two weeks ago, initially quoted 3-5 days. We've faced repeated delays and a lack of communication. Despite being told parts were coming "tomorrow" multiple times, and then the technician being out sick, our car is still not ready. My calls have gone unanswered, including being transferred to voicemails for both the technician and the manager, Bryan.
