I picked up our Genesis GV80 yesterday, approximately 6 weeks after I first scheduled service for AC repair. The car was at the dealership for 11 days. It sat 8 days before they even looked at it - even though I scheduled an appointment almost two weeks in advance. They did the diagnostics only after I called for an update on day 8. So far I've had a great experience with this dealership. Got the GV80 at the price we wanted. The sales team has been great - Jay and Marcel. Jay has helped me get in and out of service for a small recall item to reprogram the ECM. And he was great to work with when buying the car. They just need to have their own Genesis sales floor and service area apart from Hyundai. Again great support from their team so far!

Worst experience ever! And this isn’t just based on one experience but several. I recently brought my car on 5/16 to have it serviced for a leaking AC. I also brought it to my advisor Hailey attention that the top part of the door handle, the chrome part, had come off, so clearly a warranty issue and wanted to utilize the protection plan regarding the seats and paint/dents on my car since it would be here for awhile.
