Update: Received an email from Genesis saying this retailer is closed. Also, I never received any call from any general manager. Disappointed experience after purchasing a GV70 two month ago. Found both the salesman and the finance manager hid the fact that the price I was paying didn't include $1302 registration fee but some unwanted stuffs($995 for floor mats, $600 for appearance protection, $514 for paintless dent repair). Just called this dealership to inquire about taking a test drive of the new Genesis GV70. Without talking any further they said they only do test drives for customer that are committed to buying. Isn’t that the entire point of a test drive? My wife has a BMW X5 but this dealership in one call lost me as a potential customer
I purchased my car at Genesis in a little town and I had an issue a question about how a particular problem with my car I’ve read manuals and so on and I couldn’t find the issue where I could resolve that issue so I called Devon Johnson at this dealership and he took care of the problem for me immediately I really appreciate it Devon well job well done
Really good selection of cars. Deven Johnson helped me test a ton until settling on a g70 and was very patient with us deciding and getting it all set. Went above and beyond to get our car the way we wanted it. Everyone there is really helpful. Thanks for the awesome car.
I liked that dealership. They are very polite and will do what they need to to get you into the car you want. Great staff.
