RecommendedI started going here about 9 years ago. I was in severe pain and a wheelchair. I could not walk. Through pain management I was able to control my pain, lose 190 lbs and the wheelchair. Thank you Genesis!
Overall it's a great place. I would give it 5 stars but the wait can be a bit much especially when you have to get to work, being understanding that they are going through changes the wait can still be extremely frustrating. However Elise is amazing she makes everyone feel so welcome and cared about. Wendy, Ida and Patty are great at their jobs and do their best to keep things running smoothly and quickly. The office staff is definitely what makes Genesis!
I went through months of a horrible pain management doctor (benni) telling me my back doesn't hurt, but if I allowed him to do injections he'd also give me the meds I need. Umm wth. Anyways I came to Genesis so tired of the experiences I previously went through trying to get help, but Dr. Diaz is amazing. Still trying to find the right meds and doses to work for me but he definitely is a lifesaver. He understands pain, and doesn't treat me like junkie trying to get pills.
I have been going there for a while I would like to bring to the attention MS. Beth at the front desk goes out of her way to see she is attentive to all patient when they enter with a greet and is Fast,Effective and I just wanted it to be known more people like her and Christopher is also friendly attentive and it keeps me coming back. Thank you Beth. I Love Dr. Diaz and Ike is AWESOME. Love y'all....
