worsts experience, center rescheduled me more than once. had appointment today, they tried to move the time last week, i kept my scheduled time. they text me again today asking me to come in early, said i we be there as scheduled. while driving there they cancelled my appointment - WORST EVER and i didn't experience their services, with these upfront issues, i could only imagine how bad they are. i think i dodged a bullet!!
Rude and unprofessional. I'm going to see if I can get a refund. Seems this is a common occurrence with scheduling per reviews. The way it was handled was unprofessional. The initial text just said we are moving your appt to a diff time without even asking. Then I got a call where you said that it was due to other canceled appts. I had canceled meetings to accommodate this appt. Now there is an "emergency" for the Dr and I am being told about 2.5 hours before my appointment that they will not be able to accomodate.
I went to this clinic for my under eye treatment.I want fillers and Dr introduced me as a director. She did fillers for me and now it's the 8th day I have lumps and big bags underneath my eyes. I am really disappointed.I never have bags underneath my eyes,now it looks so awkward.
