The office staff is super helpful and informative. Janelle is professional and truly listens to my concerns and health issues to treat appropriately.
Terrible practice - or at least some of their providers are terrible + their billing is awful. Will boldly bill you for an annual wellness visit by insisting they provided some other service outside the scope of the annual wellness visit covered by your insurance. When challenged to prove what that service was, they'll just shoo you out of the office, insisting they're under no obligation to tell you what specific service they provided during that appointment and "maybe someone will call you."
