I hadn’t seen a doctor in years because I hated my previous PCP. Recently, I had a medical emergency which required hospitalization and a new PCP. I chose Heyl Family Practice and was assigned to Dr. Matthew Macken. Dr. Macken is very kind and compassionate. He listens to me and I feel he truly wants me to be well, feel well, and be of good health overall. I have been going to the Heyl Family Practice for over 20 years and have found them to be outstanding. Dr. Louis Heyl is outstanding. He is compassionate and very interested in his patient's health. All of the staff is very thoughtful and helpful. Great place to seek medical assistance.
I always have a great visit with Dr Heyl. I'm sorry to see him retire, but all of the staff is courteous and professional and I'm sure I'll still be well taken care of.
