If you need a family doctors office that will treat you like family…THIS IS THE DOCTOR FOR YOU. The medical staff (at any office) will help and accommodate any issues that you may need. Dr. Macken was great! Very personable and easy going. Amy, the Nurse Practitioner was thorough and kind as well. Char, the appointment coordinator, was the cherry on top! All are very warm and welcoming. Finding a doctors office where the front office staff are kind and accommodating has not been easy but they’re all treasures at Genesis Medical Center in West View. I found my forever general practitioner there.
The staff and Dr. Martinez are great. The doctor takes the time to talk and find out what is wrong. He is very knowledgeable and personable. The entire practice us very professional but treat you like a person and not a number. 👍👍👍 Dr. Martinez is new to the practice but you will love him.
I hadn’t seen a doctor in years because I hated my previous PCP. Recently, I had a medical emergency which required hospitalization and a new PCP. I chose Heyl Family Practice and was assigned to Dr. Matthew Macken. Dr. Macken is very kind and compassionate. He listens to me and I feel he truly wants me to be well, feel well, and be of good health overall. My doctor visits are actually very enjoyable. It’s always nice to see Dr. Scott Heyl. He is so attentive and addresses all of my questions. You never feel rushed. I’m happy to have such a great doctor.
