This Clinic is very efficient. They are always checking in patients on time, the employees are all nice. Matt is very thorough about explaining all the things I need to know about my health. From the history, past bloodwork results and planning to give the best for my health. He is not rushing and always takes time to explain everything in lay man’s terms.
Dr. Macken is always very encouraging. He takes an interest in his patients. Even if I'm concerned going into my appointment, I always feel good when Ieave.
I changed my review. A few months ago I visited the Westview office. I was having some stress and anxiety issues. The staff seemed nice upfront but after telling them about the stress and anxiety I was having they prescribed pills that I didn't want to take. I was as honest truthful any upfront with the care physician. I went back a month later for a checkup and all seemed to be going well and fine. This review is based solely on their nursing home care/billing practices. My father resides in a nursing home, and although I'm satisfied with his care there when the staff at Heyl visits him, their billing practices are terribly annoying. All of my father's co-pay bills from Heyl come to my home. I pay them diligently for him, but their billing department continues to send him late notices. I have called Heyl about this multiple times, and they tell me that they're aware of the issue and to ignore the late notices, but the ... read more
