I have been seeing Matt B for a little over a year, with the practice for about 16 years. I cannot say enough about Matt knowledge, his ability to explain things so I understand, how much he cares about my concerns and his compassion. I never feel rushed during my visits to the office. Everyone at the practice makes every visit enjoyable and fun. It’s always heartwarming when you walk into an office and feel like you are visiting family and that is exactly how every person within the office makes you feel.

I walked in to just schedule a stat appointment with any doctor and they were able to see me right away. Professional staff !! This was my first time seeing Doctor Matt, he took a consideral amount of time to go through my past medical history and to address a plan for my current problem.

Genesis Medical! Heyl Family Doctosrs has the best group of doctors, the best most informative on health concerns. Kind and compassionate and always positive and encouraging, no matter what the circumstances. A wonderful practice full of wonderful doctors and support staff. We love them all!!!

Billing dept is the most inept and useless thing about this facility. They will send statements that do not reflect recent payments. They will apply payments to most recent charges instead of the oldest. They will send 3 collections letters within 3 days of each other to you about your $240 that you owe immediately, meanwhile $220 of that had already been paid weeks ago. Had a disappointing experience with Genesis Medical’s West View office today. Made a same day appointment for an ear infection, but I was also due for an annual physical (preventative care covered by my insurance). Was initially told that these needed to be 2 separate appointments, and that the ear infection couldn’t be treated during the physical (seriously?).
