I've gone for 3 visits and every time I left better than before. Definitely recommend! The body truly is a miraculous thing and when you learn to care for it properly you'll definitely be able to feel the difference.
Eight months ago I had an extreme double Achilles tendon tear on the same foot and repair surgeries that left me with excruciating nerve damage from the nerve blocks. Tessa is amazing!! I will feel uncomfortable in my body as in tightness, restriction, etc. and she helps to release the tension so my body will relax. She is full of wisdom and knowledge that I can learn from her. I can feel immediate release and in my 2nd consecutive session (1 session each week for 2 weeks) I can swing my arms out to the side with little resistance. She is such a beautiful person inside and out and I highly recommend her! 🤩
