They take care of a childhood friend of mine with autism and do a fantastic job. He's been passed around from provider to provider in the past but the management staff at Genesis (who are passionate about the work they do and take pride in it) was able to place him in the right home with the right care and he is very happy.
Great company that helps people with special needs. If you have a family member, friend, friend of a friend that has someone they know with special needs, I would definitely refer them to Genesis!
Staff is untrained and uninformed. The company will hire anyone off the street if they pass a background check. They do not support their staff, and lie to the staff about the people in their care. If you’re loved one isn’t perfect—this isn’t the place to use.
Over promise and under deliver. They talk a good game but don’t want to do the hard work. 60 days in and now they want out. Don’t trust them, they will not stand by their word.
I loved the job but they are very unprofessional. They dont care about the employees at all. I love the lady i was working with very sweet and loving. So sad to say i quit after they stuck me in there for 30 hours and i only came in to do a 8 hour shift. �
I enjoyed working here I would come back if they would have me great company.
