They got me in and out real quick I got one more appointment tomorrow I got nothing to complain about they are really nice there and my insurance covers.
Our 10yo needed an MRI with contrast and was incredibly nervous. I asked Genesis to schedule him at whatever location would be best for kids. I'm so happy they sent us here because the staff was great! They engaged him in conversation, helped him stay calm putting in the IV, and let him use the Buzzy vibrating thing on his arm to help distract him (we have our own after the success of the nurses at UIHC using one). When you have your contrast drunk for your C.T. Scan you'll be in and out very fast. Very nice and friendly staff. If you go in a lot the staff will know your name and history.
Highly recommend this place. I was anxious prior to my Pet scan, but Amber was great! I was put at ease, she is very professional and sweet. Best scan I've ever had. Way to go Amber!
