Horrible it was a 5 hour wait in ED . Average time monitor from time entering to leaving kept changing. My granddaughter was able to see her test results om my chart almost 2 hours prior to being seen!!! When i spoke to the girl at front desk young long black hair skin , tight scrubs when i told her i was doing a review stated " i don't care". Triage put an IV in her arm so she couldn't just get up and leave!!! Most uncompassionate staff I have ever met!!! I will not bring her back here . I quit coming here years ago!!@
The staff acts clueless... you're left in a waiting area or a room far to long with no communication then met with excuses even with an appointment
