Always have had good care here.
The Dr. (First name Ali) that saw me would not come near me. I was in tears and so much pain. I thought I got bit by something so he went with that diagnosis instead of physically looking at me himself. Spent three min with me and told me to just take benedryl. One hour later , I called my Primary Dr. They fit me into their schedule. I was in so much pain and the blisters were spreading. I was diagnosed with something much more serious (shingles). It was a TERRIBLE experience at Urgent Care! I will never go there again!!!!.
Friendly and nice
Basically told to go take care of myself by of their nurses over the phone! Apparently they arent allowed to disclose the price of an urgent care visit without insurance over the phone…. learn how to do your jobs. That’s 100% something that can be confirmed. Lady started yelling over me when i asked to speak to someone else that could answer my questions then told me she wouldnt take my “disrespect” when i raised my voice to be heard over her being nasty with me to say connect me with someone who can help
Went in for an X-ray. I was seen and had results within an hour. It was a Saturday and it wasn't busy at the time. Staff and Dr. we're great.
