Not good communication
The residents and staff interact well and make the entire place friendly and welcoming. Visiting a friend unannounced and he was in great shape, clean and in a clean room.
Visiting our brother was an experience in classy and concern. All our questions were addressed and staff presented a pleasant atmosphere to live around.
