Always too busy. Last two visits I waited 60 minutes and 45 minutes respectively in a waiting room filled with people sick and waiting to see a doctor in convenient care.
Was here and 4 people in front of me , the check in process is ridiculously slow and the first person in line didn't get called back till 645. There needs to be a better checkin system and more people to draw blood. It's 650 now and still have 3 people ahead of me. Won't be coming back here again;
Showed up Monday morning to do lab work for my 9 year old daughter. She’s immunocompromised and we were sat down in the back across from the lab stations. One of the doors was slightly open and both my daughter and myself could hear conversations going on in the back. The manager on duty named Janet said “oh great it’s (my daughter’s name) ughh” in the tone of a teenager not wanting to pick up her room. Which made my daughter very upset .
