I've been a member of golds gym, genesis was golds gym before golds sold their location to genesis. I was told at the beginning that genesis was going to be an upgrade, nothing has changed. It's only gotten worse. Horrible customer service, they promised ammenitites and I've yet to see any upgrades.
I like the people who work out here. I like that it's open 24hrs. I like that classes are free. I like the variety of equipment they offer. I like the location.
Overall very nice club and the classes are a great bonus to the experience and generally a lot of fun.
Five stars, always!! The classes are fantastic, I take them several times a week.
the staff is friendly and welcoming. The childcare area is really nice my kids love it. The cycling equipment is great as a bike rider it really helps me stay in form.
Friendly staff, never have to wait for workout equipment. Convenient hours.
This gym is amazing! So happy with my membership.
