Best place to learn about fitness and start out! Everyone is super supportive and the instructors to the class are amazing!! They push you but they don't make you hate the fact that you are in the gym and out of shape. They definitely help you get in shape in mind and body!

Great gym. At the north location sometimes they close part of the gym for crossfit which I don't think they should do because it is the reason I'm switching gym.
Completely Sh!##y contract policies. I wanted to get my kid into a place to workout before college started...no half term contracts (6 months, etc) and they charge $99 to cancel early...Typical big business preying on the fact they make more money by gouging you than actually providing a service. Also typical of a yuppy gym that's gotten wayyyy too big
I signed up in March with the PREP. Comparing me then and me now; I feel better and I am finding myself going 5 sometime 6 days of a week. I can sure tell when I don't go. It is becoming a habit for me, a good one at that.
