love the all the trainers are so friendly and doesn't matter who they are there are so friendly and motivating and encouraging I love that it is a friendly atmosphere where I felt comfortable going on my life styled change journey I feel accepted at the club I've lost 160 lb this last year and without being able to feel comfortable and feel like I can going to the club and workout with no judgement I don't think I'd be where I am right now I really appreciate every single trainer and every staff member at the club, especiall... read more

have customer service and some online account management tools, why you have to do everything in writing at the club is hilarious.
plase be aware and stay away of this place .I had the worst experience dealing with the stuff of this location,no one care or seems to even try to reach out . broken promises extra charges and all they can say is sorry for the troubles , expecially Mariah and savannah, I even try email the owners and no answer either
