Just the best garage door repair service in Los Angeles. Benjamin Spitzer is the best. Super responsive and flexible. Knew what to do. How to fix it. Called them and 3 hours later they were at my house. Had to get a part. Promised they would be back and got there 1 hour early! Tell me what other service business does that. Garage door stopped working due to a broken spring. Genesis was able to come and replace the springs within 2 hours. Excellent service!

My garage gate broke, but because it's managed by an HOA, I had to get estimates from 3 different places. Genesis Garage Door's pricing was competitive and they did not charge to come out to do an estimate for repair (unlike another business who wanted to charge $$ to give an estimate - I skipped doing business with that one). The repair for the garage gate was complex (it had to be removed for repositioning and the metal rail had to be replaced) and on top of that, the LiftMaster motor died. When our garage door unexpectedly stopped working the other day we sought out an expert to help repair it. We contacted Genesis and Ben promptly came the next morning. He expertly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it right away. Ben did a great job! My garage door was not closing properly. I called the business and spoke to Zach and in two hours, Ron, the tech, came and properly and instantly diagnosed the problems. There were problems with the sensors and wirings which Ron immediately fixed. The cost of the job was reasonable. I have called this business before and the service was always outstanding.
