I called Genesis for my garage gate. I talked to Zack and told him my gate was very old and needs to be replaced to new. He explained the whole process quick over the phone. Then Benjamin came to see the door to take exact measurements. At the Installation day Jose the installer showed up. He did a wonderful job. You could actually see that he loved what he was doing. Previous week we couldn’t close our garage door because the spring broke. Genesis came out and fixed it same day and it was great but a small gap developed between the bottom of the door and the ground the next day. This week Zack answered my call and was very friendly and helpful. The technician came out to my home within a couple of hours to adjust the garage door travel. Took him just a few minutes to make the adjustment at no charge. Thank you for your help today.
