Eli, Ron, and Victor are great. Genesis fixed my prior home’s gate several years ago and I haven’t had any issues for years. Now with my new home, I needed to add a new fence. They gave me a great quote (better than 2 other fence specialists) and did an incredible job. I am so happy with the result, I added before/after photos. They also added wifi capabilities to my gate and fixed a few other things. Thank you Genesis.

My Garage wasn’t shutting and I didn’t know why. They came out within the hour for a free estimate. With great pricing, they were able to fix my issue and replace some parts to help secure my garage again same day service.

I can't recommend Zack at Genesis Garage Door enough! We were previously told by another technician that both of our garage openers were 'dead' and needed to be replaced for $2,000 each ($4,000 total). I requested a quote from Zack, who gave us the best price at around 500-800, depending on options. He came in, did a honest inspection, and told us the motors were actually fine--we just needed new remotes. My husband and I have had difficulty with opening and closing our garage door! Today, it had totally quit! I phoned for help, and Ronnie responded! Just the best garage door repair service in Los Angeles. Benjamin Spitzer is the best. Super responsive and flexible. Knew what to do. How to fix it. Called them and 3 hours later they were at my house. Had to get a part. Promised they would be back and got there 1 hour early! Tell me what other service business does that.
