My garage gate broke, but because it's managed by an HOA, I had to get estimates from 3 different places. Genesis Garage Door's pricing was competitive and they did not charge to come out to do an estimate for repair (unlike another business who wanted to charge $$ to give an estimate - I skipped doing business with that one). The repair for the garage gate was complex (it had to be removed for repositioning and the metal rail had to be replaced) and on top of that, the LiftMaster motor died. I was able to get an appointment right away. Tony the serviceman was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done in no time. The cost was very reasonable, and I highly recommend Genesis. It’s rare to find such friendly and good customer service these days, but Genesis is one of those companies.

I can't recommend Zack at Genesis Garage Door enough! We were previously told by another technician that both of our garage openers were 'dead' and needed to be replaced for $2,000 each ($4,000 total). I requested a quote from Zack, who gave us the best price at around 500-800, depending on options. He came in, did a honest inspection, and told us the motors were actually fine--we just needed new remotes. Garage door stopped working due to a broken spring. Genesis was able to come and replace the springs within 2 hours. Excellent service!
