I recommend this funeral home to everyone I know. I've used Genesis on several occasions & Paul has treated me with such kindness & compassion for my losses. He explained everything in detail & is very reasonably priced on all his services. He didn't try to upscale or prolong me. He had everything ready for me to a sign so it was quick & easy. I was told 14 days for my dads ashes to be returned today is day 19 and. Nothing I have had to call they said for sure today and nothing as a funeral home they should call you not to worry they are handling human remains also I was told a price and was almost 408 more you are in pain then you realize wow that’s a huge difference
We needed specifically to get a body shipped out of state and had time to price check. There was a 6,000 spread between prices, and laws regulate preparing a body for shipment so we were getting quotes on the exact same service needed. One place quoted 5,000 more than Genesis because they had to "come from Miami" (to Ft. Lauderdale). I had to laugh at that one. Genesis is straight-forward, reasonable, and efficient.
