Worst doctor experience ever! – I visited Genesis Eye Center and it will be my last time going there. I waited for 45 minutes to have my scheduled appointment and was put back into the waiting room for another 15 mintues after my eye exam. Galen Grayson saw me next and was very unprofessional. He talked bad about his co-worker and made me feel uncomfortable. These issues shouldn't be mentioned or even discussed with a patient. Nonetheless, he did several things that were unprofessional. My Visit to Genesis – I thought the office staff was great they were very nice and helpful and I the doctor was very nice he sat down with me and explained what was best for me.
