The doctor didn't even look closely at the problem I'm having before diagnosing. Walk in clinic "doctors" are a joke.
I never had any problems at Genesis Convenient Care. Sadly though, they don't always have all testing equipment needed since they are not an emergency room hospital.
I spent most of my day here and it was very painful and frustrating BUT that was no one's fault. There were a lot of people in there and the women at the front desk were so so sweet to everyone who walked in the door, anyone who had questions were taken care of quickly. Even when someone was getting impatient, the two ladies up front handle it gracefully and with so much empathy. Quite possibly the worst walk in clinic I’ve been to. The only positive I could give this place is the check-in, which went quickly and smoothly. There were 2 other patients ahead of me and full staff that were behind either their phones or computers. Waited in the room for over an hour for no one to come. Finally had to say something to a gal and miraculously the doctor came in two minutes later with a piss poor attitude.
