Both receptionist were friendly. Medical staff met my needs.
For every nice staff member they have here that actually wants to help someone and doesn't make you feel bad about yourself is five more staff members that don’t care, very dismissive and extremely rude. Every. Single. Time. The nurse practitioner we had last week that dismissed my two year old with a 102 fever is now back because its turned into a full wheezing cough and into her chest.
The doctor didn't even look closely at the problem I'm having before diagnosing. Walk in clinic "doctors" are a joke.
I never had any problems at Genesis Convenient Care. Sadly though, they don't always have all testing equipment needed since they are not an emergency room hospital.
I spent most of my day here and it was very painful and frustrating BUT that was no one's fault. There were a lot of people in there and the women at the front desk were so so sweet to everyone who walked in the door, anyone who had questions were taken care of quickly. Even when someone was getting impatient, the two ladies up front handle it gracefully and with so much empathy.
