Only health care facility I've ever been to in my entire life that won't help you apply for insurance, or at the very least tell you how to do it. Quoted me $100 just to get a doctor's note
md Julid Brown had no beside manner, wanted to establish care and while also get medical clearance, i understand you dont want any liability but i was also looking to establish care with a new provider overall, she seemed to be judgmental over the fact i am getting plastic surgery, i was going to let her know its ok if she doesnt feel comfortable and that i wanted a new provider but i honestly didnt feel comfortable after the way she came into the room and spoke to me

My fault for not checking the reviews. Don't go there. I called and asked if they treat people with diverticulitis flares and they wouldn't tell me. The answer I found out is no and was told to go to the ER after they got my money.
Both receptionist were friendly. Medical staff met my needs.
