This place is a joke. A nurse used a tape my sister was allergic to even after my sister told her not to. It caused her a horrible wound and ruined her life until she passed. Way to go Genesis. Please people find another wound care clinic.
Dr. Patton has been our family doc for several years. We find him to be exceedingly caring, knowledgeable, kind and attentive. His office is very well run with an excellent staff of caring professionals. We feel so very fortunate to have Dr. Patton as our family doctor. Over the years, we have recommended Dr. Patton to family and friends who are also very pleased with him. Best doc around!
The biggest issue I have is that nobody answers to phone, it usually takes several hours to get hold of someone to either make an appointment for my child or answer my questions. Another issue is the long wait even with an appointment. I was also told to go to an express clinic because they wouldn't see my child.
