Bill was as persistent as they come. He hounded me to get my business and I am glad he did. Have a brand new forklift as I write this courtesy of Genesis. When no one else could get my deal done in time these guys showed out.
Been using my bank for all of our funding requirements since we started the company. They had cold feet when we went to them for funding on a new bucket truck. Just completed my first deal with Genesis Commercial Capital. Everything was as promised from the original proposal to final dos. Being in the hotel industry our revenues are cyclical, but Genesis was able to accommodate that and get us a really good deal. Super happy with our choice to use them and a thanks to Trent there for all his work and communications with us.
I needed a new lift for my shop for about $75K and my CPA said I needed it done this year for tax purposes. I went to my bank late last month to get it handled. Scam Artist, beware.. they cam in with a lowball rate and when it came time to cut the deal it was at a 25% interest rate. They blamed my scores and it was at 790
