Do not give this company your business! They are not forthcoming about the process or what you are signing up for. I thought I was getting a 60 month lease to own agreement with genisis commercial capital. You make the agreement with gensis and then they transfer to financial pacific who charges you the amount plus "taxes". I am not sure what the taxes are on because I don't ultimately own the equipment and I know the sales taxes were paid when they bought the equipment. Read the reviews on Genesis Commercial Capital before I pulled the trigger. I would easily give more than 5 stars here if I could. They make borrowing money easy.......like it should be. Better than any of the banks we have used previously. Highly recommend them!

Just did my 3rd lease with Genesis. Can't say enough good things about this company. Neal, over there is awesome! This recent lease was for a crane coming from another state and the seller was a real challenge to work with but it was a good deal. Neal was able to keep him cool and kept everything on track to get it delivered to my job site on time for my contract.
Been using my bank for all of our funding requirements since we started the company. They had cold feet when we went to them for funding on a new bucket truck. Then we got a timely call from Deron at Genesis Commercial Capital telling us they could handle it despite never working with us before. Wow, was their process simple and fast. I sent an application over and was approved an hour later and they had the deal done within a week. Highly recommend using Genesis. They had better rates than my bank and great service. Their follow up with my dealer to get us the new tractor was great too.
Just finished our second lease with Genesis. Did a forklift of last year and just financed a new crane for about $250K. Process went just as smooth as last time. These guys really make borrowing money easy.
