There is no communication between sales and the service department. I was promised free oil changes and a tank of gas when i got there the service department did not m ow what i was talking about. The oil change was completed then i got an email stating i needed important things done. I recently took my wife’s car in for service. Although it’s a brand new 2026 model. One of the tire speed sensors was throwing a fault. I brought it in for service the very next morning. Nick was there to assist me. He reassured me that he would have the vehicle up and running good as New within 24 hours.
