At first I thought everyone here was amazing. As a cash patient I spent thousands of dollars doing tests and appointments. I was told I have andomyosis. At one point I asked for a Dr's note because I bleed so heavily I miss work. They refused to give me one until I completed all the tests. Upon completing all the tests I was told as Dr Celestine was literally running out the door of my last appointment that my only options were ablasion or hysterectomy. Defeated I have never been back. Dr. Celestine and her staff are very personable. They make you feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Celestine takes the time to answer any questions or concerns that you have. Highly recommend this office.
I couldn’t have been happier with my visit to Genesis Center for Women’s Health. I saw Kristin and from the moment she walked into the room she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She listened to my list of complaints and reassured me that she would do everything possible to help. She and the whole staff were friendly, warm and very professional. I know I’m in good hands here!
Genesis is one of the BEST places to get care for women. They listen and want to help you through whatever season in life you're in. From the people that answer the phones, check you in, take you to the rooms and the doctors, every single experience is wonderful. I see Kristin Swyers-Hopp, NP, she is a gem! My only complaint - I wish I would have seen them sooner!
