Dr Celestine and her staff are truly amazing. I have had more help, information and treatment with them in a few months than I ever did with my regular OB. 10/10 recommend this place!

1) I chose this clinic specifically for Dr. Celestine. I received a call that she no longer sees routine patients and I would have to now be seen by the NP. Appointment went ok, I didn’t feel as comfortable sharing my concerns or expressing that I still wanted to be checked even though she said I didn’t need to be. What’s the point of coming to my yearly then? 2) I left voicemail asking for my mammogram results that they ordered. No one returned my call…. But my pcp also had my results.

Superlative care. Thrilled to find a gynecologist that didn’t require a PCP referral, and staff who worked to fit me in quickly due to a complex and urgent issue. Doctor thoroughly discussed my various scan results and made certain I was as physically comfortable as possible. Comfortable environment and I appreciated that the in-office waiting time was short.

I came in to request an appointment for a second opinion, and right away, the front desk staff member was short, dismissive, and seemed eager to rush me out. The energy felt unwelcoming. Later, I received a call confirming that they could schedule me—until I was told, “You have Medi-Cal, so we can’t take you.” I explained that I was willing to pay out of pocket, and was then told they still could not see me.
