Customer service was good throughout the process. They cleaned 3 bedrooms, a bonus room and some stairs. After the job was done, the carpet still had a pet odor. They scheduled a time to come back and do a deeper sanitizing at no additional charge. I appreciated that level of service and I would use this company again or recommend them.
I was charged $99.00 for 2 rooms and Santi for mold. He was there less than 25 minutes. I was not there to judge but I know how dirty that carpet was. This is why I gave a 2 for value.

Alan contacted me very quickly on my request for a quote and did an excellent job cleaning! He really cares for his customers and makes sure they are satisfied. Highly recommend!
Alan was the only one to contact me the quickest! He thoroughly explained his system and allowed me to ask questions while he was working. They even vacuumed first. He says that is part of his setvice. I have already referred him to friends! Will use him again!!
