I really wanted this treatment to work, and everyone at Genesis Back & Neck was kind and personable. The front desk staff were always friendly, and Jereme was easy to talk to, which made the experience more comfortable overall. That said, I ultimately left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the actual treatment process and results. On Thanksgiving morning playing football I messed up my back pretty horribly! I had 2 bulging discs at 15mm and 13mm. It was bad! For a couple months I tried what I had in the past, taking prednisone, icing, even spinal injections and nothing was doing the trick. Until Spinal Decompression therapy through Genesis Neck and back! They were great to work with in every aspect and I’m back to living a normal life! Very worth it!

I reached out about getting some stuff set up for my wife, but they are very evasive over the phone. You have to come in to get a consult, initial treatment, and treatment plan set up. They won't give out any ballpark estimates about package pricing or insurance coverage options and hide behind the guise of "every treatment plan is individual." Like how hard is it to say "Yeah our average package cost is 3-5K for 25 treatments, but could be more or less depending on your situation." This treatment seems promising, but the wa... read more
