I LOVE THIS CAR WASH!! I travel quite a bit (6 states) and this is one of the only car wash places I take my company vehicle to! They are beyond accommodating and take "putting the customer at the center of everything they do" more seriously than any other place I have encountered. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and courtesy. THEY HAVE EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR A LIFETIME.
Well I was looking forward to coming there after my son and daughter both bragged on your car wash. So my wife detailed the inside of her car and I said lets go try the genesis car wash. I looked up your business on the Internet and your web sight said you were open until 8:00 pm today(Sunday). So we loaded up and drove 25 minutes to your business and got there about 7:30 pm just to find it closed. DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Please put the correct hours of operation on your web-sight.

My dirty car came out shiny from the wheels to the roof. This car wash is an excellent value!
Best wash I've been through. Almost as good as washing yourself. Friendly workers. Bought a monthly membership. Vacuums are the bomb as well.
The employee directing me told me to back up. I doing so her tore the wheel well protector off tearing the left bumper as well. When I approached the manager about the car wash paying for the repair in my car which is less than a month old I was told "the owner says the responsibility is yours because you were driving the vehicle. We've loaded 25,000 cars and never had this happen before."! Seriously? It happened now and you refuse to do the right thing. I have to pay for their incompetence and their lack of integrity. By far my favorite car wash! I travel a lot and when I get back to town this is the first place I come bc my car is so gross! This car wash makes my car SPOTLESS every single time and I love the staff! They always joke around with me and make it fun! Plus FREE VACUUM!
