The best in little rock you got to come out and see how we do it
We took my daughter's Ford Focus to the wash and to be fair they did a great job washing the car. It's very clean. However, their rollers broke off the antenna. The attendant heard the loud noise too and looked around to see what it was. Unfortunately, the bolt in the base broke off so we have to replace the antenna mount and the antenna. The car wash itself was good but now I'm concerned about ever going there again.
It works pretty well for me overall. Not as good as a hand wash, but I don't have time for that.
After my first review, that was a bad review, I was contacted by the owner. He was concerned and wanted to make it right. Although he offered a replacement wash, I decided to give them another shot on my own dime, to alleviate any bias. I did not get the $18 gold service this time though. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality wash I received. Truck was almost spotless, far better than the first wash I received.
