Poor Customer Service Over the Phone I recently called this dealership and spoke with Samantha in the sales department. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Samantha was dismissive and lacked a friendly demeanor throughout the call. As a potential customer, I expected professionalism and a willingness to assist with my questions, but her tone and attitude made me feel undervalued and unwelcome. It took over 4 days for the recall repair, and loaner car was not even an option that could be provided by the dealer. Genesis proclaims to be luxury brand, but its dealerships doesn’t act like one. At the end of the day when you shell out for high cost of Genesis , the dealership service is equivalent to Kia/hyundai. The same could not be said of Lexus, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Lincoln and so on.

If zero stars was an option, I would do that. Samantha was a not a good sales representative and clearly did not know the difference between packages for the EV70. She did not allow us test drive the car for more than 10 minutes. She clearly was not familiar with the features. She did not seem like she wanted to sell anything unless it was an easy sale and we were locked in We asked her to provide lease pricing along with purchase pricing for 5, 6, and 7 year loan.
