My girlfriend and I called and emailed ahead to come test-drive a GV70. This was all handled by the "online" specialist Wendy, who was never consulted on what we wanted by the rookie salesman (Dustin) who told us he would be the one helping us. On Veterans Day, my dad and I came to see the Gv80 and G80. Although they were too busy to show us a vehicle, I still came back to see them. I arrived and walked around outside. When I was greeted, we went inside to get an estimate of the cost. However, after watching more white people come in and receive several acknowledgments, I left. It's disappointing to be treated like this when potentially purchasing a car. I shouldn't even have had to give my email, phone number, and a copy of my ID to talk about a car.
