I am being generous with the 2 stars. arrived on time and 3 full chairs in the service dept. Stayed that way, I entered to three heads looking in other directions. I waited patiently until another customer entered approached a desk and got attention both theres and mine. I chimed in and 1st apology. This warranty, paid visit only got worse. About a half a dozen explanations and apologies later and twice the estimated time on a job they did the inspection on previously.
