When searching for our fleet addition, I decided to look at the Genesis GV70. Genesis of Doylestown was the closest dealer (over an hour away from us). Great experience working with Robert Bass when recently buying a car at Genesis of Doylestown. He was very approachable and had a wealth of information regarding the GV80. Roger and Paul were great as well. We would highly recommend the sales team at Genesis of Doylestown.
My service experience with Fred Beans Genesis of Doylestown was, as usual, excellent. My service was a set service for the number of miles. The only things added to the normal service was fuel injection checkup and replacement of air filter. Kayla called me to let me know about both and asked for my permission to do both. I agreed. Kayla also let me know that she could not have a driver pick up the loaner and deliver my GV70 until the following morning. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Fred Beans Genesis in Doylestown. Despite scheduling appointments, the service department repeatedly refused to look at my car or properly diagnose the issues. On multiple occasions, they provided incorrect or incomplete diagnoses, leaving me with an unsafe vehicle to drive. To make matters worse, they would not provide a loaner car while my vehicle was inoperable, even though the situation clearly called for one.
