Wonderful service by Conlin for my GV80
Great Team at Genesis of Doylestown - the first appointment with George was outstanding, as was all the follow-up communication and subsequent visits including 2 GV70 test drives. Working with business manager Roger was smooth and efficient. And the warm welcome from Kayla our service manager put a bow on this great car buying experience!
A bit late on the drop off. Said they would be here at 3 - came after 4. I would call not just email about the additional services which slows down the response. Also requiring the bill to be paid before you return the car is a bit rigid. Could have the dropoff person run the credit card upon return.
Kayla in service is amazing!! Kept me updated the entire 5 days my car was in service, took all my concerns seriously, and answered all of my questions. It's obvious she really cares and goes above and beyond. Was also provided with a loaner while my car was in service. Will definitely be back!
