My car was towed to Genesis dealer and after a day I was contacted that “car was fixed and everything was replaced” but in 4 days problem came back with the same code and same mistake. Hope now they will fix it and I’ll rewrite my experience
I just got my husband's car serviced there and got great service from Conlin! I can't find a survey from Genesis Doylestown so I am leaving a 5 star review for the service received there on Friday 5/2/25 from Conlin.
My service experience with Genesis of Doylestown was typically exemplary. I had a problem with the front end of my 2024 GV70 after I hit a curb after making a left hand turn. The steering was very loose and scary to drive. Conlin was very service representative. I couldn't ask for a better service person. My car was inspected by a technician fairly quickly and the problem was a bent tie rod. Vehicle availability, no pressure sales team, perfect. We found a CPO and the price was right where we wanted it. The vehicle had terrible scratches…manager gave us an IOU when we bought the car. They would have their high end vehicle paint detailer fix it all. Also they scratched the roof of the car cleaning off the snow on the day we picked it up. No problem, they will fix it.
