I have been dealing with Coconut Creek Genesis for several years now and have always had a positive experience, but that just changed. I had an issue with my drivers side seat and made an appointment for 10:00am. Was told they would keep me posted and notify me when ready to pick up. At 3:00 I placed a call to my service writer, Matthew, to see what the status was. Never got a call back. At 4:00 I again tried contacting Mathew, and again, never got a call back.
