I went in at 8:00 AM for standard maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) estimated to take 2 hours. I was informed of other maintenance items that were not performed prior at another dealership that needed to get done. It cost me $900 and wasn't done for 5 and 1/2 hours causing me to miss a day of work.
Vehicle purchased at listed agreed amount and when I returned home to review the contract, Genesis of Bedford charged me almost 10k extra on the contract. I was under a bit of distress with the whole process which is why I probably initially overlooked the up charge. They tried to scam me out of money and had no choice but to cancel the contract due to their error. Please be careful with this dealership and their contracts because if I didn’t check the numbers I would have been scammed out of a lot of money.
This dealership is an absolute scam, and Stephen is the worst salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He was extremely pushy, rude, and only cared about squeezing as much money out of me as possible. He straight-up lied, telling me a list of things would be done to the car and that it was ready for pickup. I recently purchased a G70 from Matt Radeff at Genesis of Bedford. Matt was friendly, professional and went out of his way to make me comfortable with the purchase. I'm not local to Bedford and was hesitant to make the drive to look at the car. I asked Matt to be honest in an assessment of the car before I take the trip and he did just that.
