Best PT office I've been to! Seriously, every office I've been to, all they ever do is tell me to do exercises and leave me to myself. Nothing hands on. AnnMarie and Kjersti are greatthey are both super nice and they are hands on. they don't just tell you to do your exercises and then when you're done they see you next time. you get massages and gentle adjustments. The end of the appointment is my personal favorite, I get heat and the Teens unit! Never got that at other offices. I'll not go anywhere else 😀
Everyone is so friendly and caring. Full reconstruction surgery of my left knee quad tendon. They helped me greatly by providing solid support and exercises.
My mom just finished her PT. She was having pain in her knee, now she’s doing great! Everyone there were kind and friendly. If needed, we would definitely return.
I had difficulty walking, very limited mobility, and a lot of pain following back surgery last October. Since starting my physical therapy here at Genesee Valley, my pain has decreased and my mobility has improved tremendously . Thanks Karen and Alex! You're the best!
I had a total knee replacement done in October. Prior to my surgery I had limited mobility and limited range of motion in that left leg. The wonderful, smart, compassionate, patient and hardworking staff gave me my life back. At first physical therapy was grueling for me! But all that was necessary to get me to where I am today. I think the world of all of you and I will never forget you! Much Love!
