After being closed for so long due to the coronavirus pandemic, you reopened only to have people fighting in the mall. You got rid of a good security force only to have a single security officer on duty while fights were breaking out. so now you have closed until further notice. The new owners are CHEAP and apparently are placing profit ahead of customer safety. Genesee Valley Center no longer sounds like a safe environment.
I will never shop here again. It is inexcusable that the owners are putting the health and safety of the mall employees and customers at risk by staying open in the midst of a declared emergency. Especially given how dirty the mall is!
Creeper followed my mom, myself, and two kids out to the truck. Thank god for good Samaritan’s. He was pretending to get into his car right near us and when he saw us calling the police and the two guys that stayed with us he went back into the mall. He was hanging around there for hours. If the mall had just one security guard walking around this totally could have been avoided.

better stores more than just clothing. maybe a petco or something. more than 2 restaurants
Great selections of stores and very clean.
the last time I was there they had that train, my kids and I almost got hit by it. next its Mir clithing st or then anything else. not worth it
It's close to home. We don't have to drive very far. I do agree it's going down hill. I hope it gets better soon!
