For some reason the bathroom is always locked and you have to ask for a key. What if a patient has to really go or have to change a diaper, waiting for a receptionist to pay attention to you and then hand you a key or come from the back to unlock the door for you is simply ridiculous. Any other doctors office you can just walk in the bathroom, but at this location you have to ask for a key. SMH. I have 3 kids and they all where happy with they appointment, they listened to all my concerns did labs on the spot and it was great. I Truly recommend.
With a displaced fracture I was referred to Dr Merkel. As he examined my foot all my anxieties faded away feeling more confident with my treatment. I was thrilled no surgery. Dr Merkel is the most wonderful doctor. He put me at eased the moment he came in the room with his big smile and loving care. I m so happy to have him. He has given me excellent care and I love him for it. I will highly recommend him to anyone who need his care. Thank you Dr Merkel so much for I love you
Never have same or next day appointments for sick kids past infancy. They reschedule appointments on the same day, sometimes multiple times per appointment. Rapid turnover of providers. Take your kid somewhere else if you can.
Not a fan of the "kiosk" check in. There's people just sitting behind the desk. Why must I do their job? I prefer human interaction. But I CAN add WILL act like a robot since that seems to be their preference.
