This place is a nightmare. The property manager Barbara is the devil. Yes, the devil!!!! She is evil, evil, evil. The place is noisy and she could care less. In fact, if you complain, she will get you back. She does not like to be bothered with maintenance requests or noise complaints, because that means that she actually has to work!
