I’ve been coming here since I was 16, and I’m 34 now, so this isn’t random. But today was not it. On a Wednesday, I waited from 3:30 to almost 5:30 just for a pedicure, and they close at 6. And to be clear, I wasn’t even getting a full service. I only needed polish removal and a new color, no soak or full pedicure. What really got me is that after sitting there for almost 2 hours, the actual service took about 20 minutes. That wait was completely unnecessary.
