ALWAYS go here. Every artist is amazing! They give 5-star Nails w/o 5-star Price! I love it here every single time!
I’ve been coming here since I was 16, and I’m 34 now, so this isn’t random. But today was not it. On a Wednesday, I waited from 3:30 to almost 5:30 just for a pedicure, and they close at 6. And to be clear, I wasn’t even getting a full service. I only needed polish removal and a new color, no soak or full pedicure. What really got me is that after sitting there for almost 2 hours, the actual service took about 20 minutes. That wait was completely unnecessary. Great service
Normally love them, however today was one of the worst experiences in a while! I’m a very patient person but I set up for a mani/pedi and it took over 2 hrs and no one bothered to apologize for the wait or anything. Also after being told it would only be 1/2 hr - 45 minute wait I waited dam near 1 1/2hrs for them to start my pedicure. Absolutely disappointed.
Asked for a flower. Not at all what I had in mind. Didn't say anything and wound up paying almost 60 dollars for 2009 nails....
