I cannot recommend Dr. Tran enough! She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. Her communication in person and out of office is excellent, and she truly makes me feel heard. She has helped me with my insurance prior authorizations, and she's gone above and beyond to ensure my medications are approved. The staff are absolutely amazing! Very professional and kind. Dr Tran was wonderful and listened to all my concerns and was very patient with me even though I had to bring my toddler with me to my appointment. The lab technician who drew my blood was very skilled and I didn't feel any pain when she had to insert the needle. I had my first appointment last week with Dr. Tran and it was a great visit. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted promptly by the receptionist. I was taken back to check vitals ahead of my scheduled time and the doctor was prompt and on schedule. Dr. Tran is very easy to speak with, listens well and offered good ideas and solutions to the issues I brought forth. My labs were done that day and were later posted online. I've had Dr. Al-Dahwi and his nurse Samantha for about a year now. I take a lot of medication and have a lot of health issues and other primary care doctors didn't want to take me on. Dr. Al has been a blessing for the past year. He solved a pain issue I had for 20 years with a simple change in medication and was willing to go the extra mile for me. He greatly improved my quality of life and I'm super thankful I found him!
