I've been with Genesee Medical group for 14+ years. They're the best. Dr. Tran is my doctor, but on the off-chance she can't see me, they have a stable of great doctors and nurse Practitioners. Most recently, Lyndsey, NP helped me with a nasty bacterial respiratory infection. Finding a good General Practitioner is tough these days. If you're looking, look no farther.
I’m a big fan of Genesee Medical Group and Dr. Tran. The office is very convenient for me and Dr. Tran truly understands my conditions and treatment needs. The online platform and ability to message Dr. Tran are great features.
I am a new patient at Genesee medical group! I had a wonderful experience with dr. Tam k. Tran and the nurse staff that helped me from start to finish. I felt very comfortable and they listened to my concerns and were very honest with me. As a patient I would recommend their office for anyone looking for a provider. I am very happy with my new PCP and actually look forward to seeing them again !! Aha who knew I’d like the doctors office 😅
I've had the pleasure of being a patient here for 2 years now with Dr. Tran and NP Shannon and can't express enough how AWESOME they are for primary care! The front and back office staff are so kind and communicate efficiently. I've had zero problems or complaints with making appointments, getting labs done, or my lab results in a timely manner. Their new office is sooo clean and welcoming, parking is a breeze too. I never thought I'd say this but... I don't mind going to doctor at all since becoming a patient here! :)
I just established Dr. Tran as my PCP and I can't wait to work with her more! She was kind, patient, interactive, and answered all of my questions. As for the clinic itself, it was very clean/quiet, and I loved the fact that I could make an appointment for a Saturday as I work during the week. 5/5 service all around!
