Caring, professional staff and doctors!
Im sorry I'm so mad i asked them to transfer my son’s records to a new doctors office cause they gave me an appointment scheduled and i have to wait 4 months thats what decided me to transfer and today i called them if they already transferred my son’s records and they say NO they didn’t do it and i went there last week to sign the papers for his records to be transferred.
Genesee Internal Medicine is a fantastic and comprehensive provider's office. The staff is friendly and helpful, the nurses are attentive and concerned about the patient and their needs. The doctors and supporting practitioners are professional and caring. There is almost everything a person might need, medically speaking, available at this site, from imaging and labs to pharmacy services. I have been with this organization for my Primary Care since 2017 and I've always felt well taken care of and valued.
I just called to make an appointment and it’s already saying that the office is closed when it doesn’t close until 5 there needs to be someone answering the phone until 5 not putting on the answering service an hour before they actually close. It’s hard to get in touch with someone especially when you work. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IT HAD TO STOP IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB GIVE IT TO SOMEONE WHO DOES BECAUSE THIS IS BS
