Doesn’t deserve a 1 star.....needs a zero!!!!! I have had the worst experience with a mechanic shop ever in my life today at Gene’s Tire Center in Franklinton, La. I was treated the worst I’ve ever been treated in my WHOLE life by the owner of this shop. I am not from Franklinton and currently living here for school. We broke down in Brookhaven Mississippi We didnt know what to do so the cook at waffle house told us to go to genes tire and the owner was very nice he gave us a good price fix our car couldnt be more grateful god was with us all the way
Went in for a $45 alignment, $1,700.00 and two months later I had to take my truck back. They wouldn't fix where they screwed up. They tried to blame it on me. The guy at the front desk laughed in our face. So I took it to Genes tire in McComb... They fixed the issues at no charge and had the best costumer service. Just go on and take your vehicle to Mccomb and save yourself a lot of headache.
