We called and Wendy was very helpful and friendly. Brumsey was on time the next morning cleaning out our septic tank. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. Price was reasonable. We will be using them in the future.
Had Gene's Septic Service out to pup our septic tank a few years back when we purchased our house. Cost $240. Called a few days ago and was quoted $350. Men came and charged me $425. I understand that prices can increase over time, but when they quote a price, it should be the price. I would not call Gene's Septic Service again or recommend them. Buyer beware.
Called another service but they were 40% higher. Gene's was also able to come out that day.
Brimsey was absolutely great! I called this company and was able to have someone come out the same day. Very caring and super helpful. So glad I called them. 10/10 service! Will recommend and use for future services!
