Excellent service and empathy
They’re the best. After trying several other companies, we were so relieved to finally find one that is knowledgeable, fair and professional as well as friendly and pleasant. Our neighbors also use them and are very happy with them.
We’ve used Gene’s for several years and have always been pleased. We recently had a furnace issue on a weekend in 0° weather and both Gene and Julie came by to make sure it was taken care of. We’re very grateful for their customer service.
The service men arrived on schedule and immediately got to work servicing my ac. They were respectful of my home and my time. They finished within an hour and the price was reasonable. More recently (Thanksgiving Day), my furnace refused to light on the coldest night so far this year. And I was out of town for the day and had to resort to space heaters and the fireplace to stay somewhat warm.
